Need advise on sway bar settings...

I have an eibach front and rear sway bar setup coming for my car and need advise on what setting to start with. My car is RWD with tech art springs on stock shocks. Any eibach swaybar users that have any input? Thx.

Every car (e.g. ride height, RWD vs AWD, etc) and every driver is different. Some people like to make the car turn by leaning on the front tires on turn in, others prefer to lean on the rears especially for track out. Point is, you kind of have to guess at the initial setting and dial it in from there.

I recommend that you set the sway bars in the middle of their range on both ends, and then adjust them based on how it feels when you push it through a corner. If it's loose, soften the rear or stiffen the front. Which one of those you choose depends on how stiff the springs are to start with.

Also, try to do your tweaking with about half a tank fuel load. The weight difference between a full and empty tank is about 100 lbs, and it's all over the front axle.

Thanks! I'll start there and see how it feels. I like some oversteer, but not twitchy to the extent that it is dangerous.

If you like oversteer as you stated. Stock front, 2nd to full stiff rear. That's my setup (using gt2 rear sway) and boy does it over steer nice

Pretty much had that spec a few years back, Techart sways (made by Eibach) & Techary springs on stock shocks.... had the sways set full stiff rear and medium front - worked well, but the springs killed the shocks in short order such that the car ended up riding up the springs with shot shocks. Binned it all and went back to a new stock suspension set up.

Then I agree with Jon (FAST FWD), set them in the middle and then set them up how you like at the track. Chances are you spirited drives will like a setup similar to the track so once you figure that out you can put it there for track days and mountain runs. Honestly it's not worth the hassle IMO to switch to drive on the street unless there is a lot of bad weather and you are driving your car in it.

AWD full hard rear full soft front with H&R. With a RWD it would suspect you'd set the front on medium as your not dealing with the understeer caused by the FWD.

Yeah, I am looking for coil overs. I want a little higher ride height and better handling. I would ideally like to find a high end adjustable dampening setup that is rebuildable rather than spend >$2k for entry level.

For street I am on full soft both ends = keeping within stock ratio. On street I want understeer, safe handling. On full hard with PSS10's my car becomes knife sharp and really sensitive to steering inputs. On the track I run medium at front and hard on the back.

FYI Amazon is currently selling the Eibach sway kit for only $85 for the both the front and rears. No idea why they're so cheap right now! This is for the 24/19mm F/R kit. The 24/24 kit is still $350 or so.
