Just wanted to share this one of a handful of Exhausts we make. This particular client asked for a natural finish vs. a polished one... I took liberty to take some pics before we sent it out. I also included some pics of the tip options we offer.
All of the systems are hand made per order and can come with various tip selections... you ask for it and probably we can make it...

Nice stuff Mark. How critical are the seals at the V-flanges between the cats and pipes? Being metal on metal, do you have any issues? What are the ramifications of air/exhaust escaping from that area on performance or otherwise?

It's a male/ female 2 piece V band flange... not ALL V bands on the market are that way... some are flat to flat surface.
When you see exhausts with slip on approach( one one pipe into another) and clamped is where we have seen exhaust leaks.... I know I bought one of those myself years ago... usually they are between pipes to cats or muffler to tips...
they both work, but in our opinion, the V band version is far more superior.

 

Very nice! I have to say that the work from one of Marks First exhaust and this one is exactly the same Quality. No slaking off in any way. Great to see you honestly get great quality.
