7 type 2 is very good. Type 1's are hitting the rev limiter, so no issue there. Looks good!

I was told that range 1 means hitting redline and range 2 means hitting the rev limiter? Is that not right?

Range 1 is hitting the limiter.

That is a miniscule number of Range 2; I've seen tiptronics with more!

As stated above the number of type 2 overrevs you have is very minor. The concern with type 2 overrevs are downshifts related which it's highly unlikely you have. The type 1 and 2 overrev system was changed in the 997 models as it quickly became apparent that the just indicating there are type 2 overrevs doesn't really tell you much. It a car has been tuned (which usually increase the red light slightly) you're going to have lots of type 2 over revs. Porsche uses 6 ranges now to more accurately measure how far the engine has been overreved, a much more meaningful indication of abuse.

If you're pulling 1.3 bar, I can only guess you're tuned, and must have gotten into the type 2 range on a few of the upshifts.. No harm no foul.
