My new exhaust: **EBWerks**

Funny you mention that, just purchased a 9500ix - good investment I think

Yeah anyone that has heard this exhaust in person knows the videos dont do it justice. Cheers, I actually wanted a black or silver one but just couldnt find the right one, but seal grey is growing on me.

Thanks for the compliment John. We understand our product is unproven to the masses at the moment and everyone has different hearing frequency. The exhauast was design for me( I wanted something light, sound great, and performance), and I understand very few people have the same interest as I do and the 996T exhaust market is saturated, hence we know this is a very limited production exhaust. Our RS4 B7 exhaust will target the masses.
Any more info on your B7 RS4 exhaust? It was dyno'd and shown on videos to the forums...and 'head engineer' Ben Steigerwald said it would have Sebring mufflers and tips.
Now someone else representing the company named thinkpad is saying it will not use Sebring mufflers and tips.
It was also supposed to be Titanium, but now it's stainless steel according to the 'webpage'.
Any more information on this? Seems to be a moving target. Nothing but radio silence on the Audi forums from your company over the past 2 weeks.

Yeah I can see how Porsche's are an interesting bus.
I don't really mind who made the exhaust, I am happy with it. I notice your in Canada, if you hear it in person I am confident you will be impressed.

Congrats on the exhaust!
I am waiting for mine as well, for the RS4, should be ready in a few weeks. I got some pics of the welds and polish work on the 996 exhaust and know the RS4 setup will be of the same incredible quality, can't wait!

You will not be disappointed.

Post them up!!!
Local guy had one made a few years ago, so aggressive, but so fantastic!!!
One of the nicest sounding v8's outside of Maranello.
Can't recall where the video was, or tip pics, but you get the idea.

HI,Going from the 3'' to the 2.5 '' after the X should quiet the system..
From a performance stand point ,IMO,it would be better going from a 2.5'' then to the 3'' after the X,,But that probably wouldnt help quiet it..

one thing is always underrated .....structure-borne noise from the muffler system...especially on the 996tt with ims rattles...some systems are a noise amplifier for that rattle
a muffler without mechanical noises sounds good.....
