Has Anyone Seen Michelin PS2 315/25/19's?

I know that Michelin is slowly replacing the PS2's with Super Sports - but I heard from several sources that Michelin had not discontinued the PS2 - specifically that the 315/25/19 was not discontinued. BUT - it seems to be on perpetual backorder.... I think I bought the last two Discount tire had in the US inventory a couple months ago.

I would feel better if I could find a couple more before they get d/c'd completely - but starting to think that the ship has sailed already... Has anyone heard/read or seen anything to the contrary? I love these tires - nothing else compares IMO - plus I am locked in with the fronts for awhile!!

I'm hoping they replace them with the Super Sports quickly or I'm going to have to change my front sizes.

Having switched many cars from PS2 to PSS, I wouldn't worry about stock piling them anytime soon and get ready to buy some Super Sport fronts. The Super Sports are a superior tire in every way shape and form over the PS2.

Subscribed. This is what's keeping me from buying new wheels and ditching my 18's.

Don't hold your breath in 315's coming in soon. We have had them on order since the first of the year and have had no news on a production schedule since. Tumbleweeds from Michelin, I'm afraid. Same with the Yokohama Advan Sport.

I know Toyo has the T1-R in that size, but we don't carry it. It may be worth trying to source elsewhere if in a pinch.

I also have doubts it will be made in the Super Sport. Aside from 19" 996 fitments, the market really does not have much demand for this size anymore otherwise.

Not much good news, sorry!

Was very annoyed with this too. Apparently 305/30/19 for the PS2 is a fine alternative. Confirmed with Champion Motorsports (just ordered a set of PS2's with new wheels).

It is as long as you run a front tire that is slightly larger in rolling diameter than the rear.....Not the other way around.
