911tuning race exhaust reviews?

Considering the 911tuning X design race exhaust with the 100/200 cat converters. I love the sound from videos on their website, but is it too loud for a daily driver? Sound is very important to me when it comes to cars so I don't mind a little drone or even if it's a little over the top. Would a better choice be the sport design with or without the cat converters?

I went with the race version as well. Not overly loud. I found it fine and not crazy. Still able to talk on the cell while driving.

We make them per order with many options available including muffler type- control of the sound,ID size, various tip selections, ceramic coating, polish or natural look, etc. The street version comes with hand made mufflers in house and we even will take pictures for you as we make it... made in the USA.
regards,
markski

Hi Mark, Could you tell me how big the opening is on the X connection that joins the top and bottom of it, in the middle?
I know you make great power with it. It does look small as compared to other imitations out there?..LOL..THANKS

Well now I'm settled on the Race version, anybody have videos of the system, both with and without highflow cats?

there are plenty of videos... problem is that they all are not going to sound identical.. some run 30rs with external Wgs and BOVS... that at idle changes the sound meanwhile others run catless or street etc. etc..
heres a full 3" ( true 3 ") with cats and 30rs with tial external 44 Wgs and BOVs dumping to the atmosphere...

Thanks for the video responses. I need to pass emissions though so I'd have to go with 200 cell cats on the race exhaust. What's the difference between the 2.5" and 3" ID mufflers?

if your car is flashed then you can get away with 100s in most cases...
the videos I posted are the street hand made mufflers... not race pre made mufflers... the custom mufflers we make sound better then the race version...
we can manipulate the sound as we use different inner cores as well as packing materials... etc...
