Pics of my new upgrades! HRE,GMG,ROtec Carbon,etc
Well I have been quite absent from this forum for a while but now that summer is underway I thought Id drop in and show my upgrades.
I have a 02 996 RUF R-Turbo and I decided to change and add some things.
First was to get rid of the factory seats and I opted for Rays Rotec Carbon seats. Ray was very helpful, knowledgable and easy to deal with. I got the full Carbon fiber backs, with red stich and Carbo upper inlets. I also put in some red seatbelts.
Second was the Exhaust, I have full RUF Exhaust but wanted something more aggresive so after great debate I opted for GMG GT2 WC titanium Exhaust. I absolutley love it! It is not to unbareable under normal driving conditions little drone, and under WOT it is music to my ears..Very aggressive doesnt do it justice it is a spectacle and addictive. I dont think I gained too much power gains over the RUF just sound..maybe a little on the top...I do live my RUF exhaust shriek though.
Third was the RIMS through TunerWorks in Calgary AB. top notch service as usual..I went with the new HRE gloss black P40 SC. Worth the wait....it was a long wait! over 2 months but there amazing and super light 9" Front 12" rear 19's.
I will try past some pics of the upgrades..let me know what you think on my choices. Thanks guys!

Car looks great. I have the RUF exhaust on my Rturbo and love it. It makes the car sound like a Jet at WOT and has zero drone. If it was only a bit lighter... If you track your car at all I'd swap to the 997 GT2 RS ICs as they really help out for minimal $. Enjoy it..
