your boost at around 4000 is a little low and fuel is rich....do you have a small boost leak?

check against requested boost from ecu....that should give you a answer

Thanks everyone,

Just to give an update, FVD sent over two files to replace the existing map, one of these files was loaded onto the car over a week ago and it cured the hesitations. However a few days later i noticed that the car was dropping boost around 4.5k and 5.5k.

I then had a major service carried out including Denso Iridium plugs and 6new coils. However the car is still loosing boost pressure. As said the initial hesitations were cured by the new map sent over.

I have carried out a few Durametric logs in 3rd and 4th gear tonight which i will try and attach. Any opinion on possible causes of boost loss welcome.

I have sent these to FVD and am waiting to hear their opinion.

How can I check if the car is knocking? It just feels slightly hesitant at 4.4k - 4.6k then 5.4k - 5.8k, it doesn't pull smoothly throughout that range. Im getting a bit concerned now, I wasn't expecting to be having these issues with the remap. There are alot of tuners out there that offer a remap for cars that have the same mods that I have, I seem to be having issues that others dont get

what would cause knocking?

I really feel it is a mapping issue, as the map which was loaded onto the car last week cured the hesitations alot, this is just another issue with the new map. The car had a major service over the weekend which included new plugs and new coils. The N75 valve was replaced two weeks ago.

a good shop/tuner can find it in a few minutes.... unfortunately you do not have access to someone that skilled. a boost leak test at the Y pipe then at the turbos... thats the start...
no swapping N75 valves...
do a have a after market clutch? when did the issue arise? after what mod? that will tell you the cause... it could even be a bad shaft on the turbo...
A dealer will never find the problem but this is not that hard to find.... IDK what tune adjustments you have but if your running a 5 bar you should have a tune for it.... did you start putting in some new gas? if so that could be it...
bottom line go back when it started and what was it that you did to the car right before it started... thats the issue...

As a 16G user, your spool is pretty slow, I got 1.1 bar @ 3700rpm and reaching peak boost 1.3bar @ 3900rpm. Btw, I have seen quicker spool on others like 1.1 @ 3100rpm...

The Issue started the issue started when the car was mapped. It was not present on a previous map. However before the FVD map was installed I changed the turbos and 5bar. I did not drive the car on boost until I had a map from FVD to support these mods.

You are the second person to tell me that my spool is particularly slow.

in the areas you describe you have timing only 6.5 deg and 7.5 deg...that is good for idle not for power..also fuel is a little rich

i would first check fuel quality....than boost leak test...after that check what marksi mentioned .. turbo shaft
