Nav question

This is probably a really dumb question, but I have a 02 996tt with stock Nav system. What CD/Version do I need for the most up to date compatible maps?

And you can't find the discs any more either. Porsche replaced my head unit and didn't take the CD out and now I can't find one anywhere so my nav is useless.

Well that sucks. The dealer won't do anything to make this right?

I found a bunch of places online where you can supposedly download them. I'm assuming you then burn them to a DVD or CD, but I wasn't sure what version to try and download.

There was a new set of CDs issued in 2007 but it was not for the 1st gen nav system. It was for the 2nd gen. Suncoast sells them. They are not cheap.

The only Nav CDs (and I did say CD not DVD) that are available for 01/02 Porsches are the ones that were available at the time. They never produced updates. The original owners probably could have complained at the time under warranty, but that ship has sailed by now.
