Yes, you have to trim the clips somewhat to fit it in the center console.

Thats nice to know, so only some small modifications.
Will install it and find a nice solution to close all the gaps with some
trimmed Carbon or Alcantara, after this post a pic.

I hope you are still happy with it? Thanks

Its by far the best shifter on the market and its a work of art. I actually bought a second center console and cut it a lot to show off the structure.

sounds nice excited to drive and test it, I saw only some days ago that the
Company is only 50 miles away from my home town here in Germany.
I have Numeric Racing shifting cables, these will match with the delivered
Adapters for the OEM shifting cables or will I Need to buy the Cup cable Adapters?

I went with the SQS Cartronic sequential as it eliminates the h pattern all together. Just got the auto blipper as well. No trimming required. The numeric looks and gets great reviews from all that have run it.

It automatically throttles for you on downshifts to facilitate smooth downshifting. Also its adjustable to provide a percentage of throttle during the shift sequence.

Hi Jason,
That's the SQS shifter I sent you isn't it? How do you like it overall? I think you added the blipped, correct?

Don't let the price hold you back. Powerhound hooked me up on my second shifter for a car I don't even have yet. Have you seen what a transmission or even worse and engine rebuilt costs these days? Aside from being faster, you will never make the 5th-2nd shift which makes the initial investment a bit easier to make at least for me.

no doubt it's sweet, but i have a whole bunch of other ( for me ) more important things on my never ending "list". more i learn of your 96t though, more impressed i am. kicking *** jason

..and if i begin buying all the parts john lists regularly ..and even begin to ( try! ) and replicate what he has on his car, i'd have to eat top ramen.. often lol
