Dyno results for GT2871 w/ Meth!
Dyno results for GT2871 w/ Meth!
Can't believe i've had this car for 7 years now! Just had it dialed in and dyno'd by BBi and wanted to share with everyone for any comments suggestions. The car ran out of fuel pressure at 1.1 bar running on wastegate springs. Boost controller off. I've already ordered an inline 044 pump for safety. I dont plan on running more than 1.4bar on occasion with a 1.2bar tune for everyday driving.
91 Octane
GT2871
Protomotive Tune
72# injectors
Clutchmaster Stage 3 w/ AASCO
100% meth via Alky Control (Turbo Mike from IPD recommended it)
Europipe Loud version 2 (100 cell cats)
75mm IPD Plenum w/ throttle Body
997.2 GT2 intercoolers
Dryer hose intake
Stock air filter
Stock MAF
Stock Coil packs
I'm pretty satisfied with the power its making but my next mods would be:
1st round - Mafless tune
2nd round - bigger ypipe w/ blow off valve, pipes off turbos, remove dryer hose and diverter valves.
3rd round - LSD (I'm RWD)
A BIG thanks to Betim/Joey/Jared @ BBi, Todd @ Protomotive and Mike @ IPD for all the help with the build!

you mentioned you ran out of fuel at 1.1 bar? with 72s lbs injectors... that does not sound right... 583awd? I have clients running 18gs at 1.4 bar making low 600s on 60s...
anyways, just pointing it out not trying to beat you up.. good luck

Hi Dave.
If weather permits and you are up for doing Cars N Coffee in Irvine some time, let me know. We can get some of the rest of the local people together too and have a porsche meet. We can do bfast at Knollwoods after and maybe do a PCH cruise.
Would be nice to meet some local Porsche enthusiasts.
