Uh Oh! P1145 P1155 Error Codes
#17
Revival: Same P1145 issue here with my 2002. Got this once or twice a year ago, then about a month ago started getting it consistently. Replaced all 4 O2 sensors but after 100 miles it it back again! Have not cleaned MAF recently but did about a year ago. Not sure that could be related.
Are the other causes for this "O2 Pre Sensor Exceeds Value" code? I only get this on the 1-3 side.

Seriously, though...this one can be a real pain to get rid of. Good luck and keep us posted.

ditch the extenders and see what happens...I'm certain p1145/55 is related to flow over O2's...I fixed my issue with those CEL's, haven't had them back ever since decking the exhaust-side flange and getting rid of the extenders.

Any time i ever had O2 sensor codes i always had a boost or vacuum leak.
if I were you if u dont gave a leak tester i would tighten every hose clamp you can see and zip tie every vacuum line u can find.
If that doesnt help get leak tester and follow markskis leak test instructions.

I'm getting the same 1145 fault code, my mechanic can't figure out. Setup is EPL flash, w/3" x-pipe exhaust. We've replaced the pre-cat 02 sensors (after cats are deleted), and maf is only a year old. Car runs great to be honest, just need to get this damn light off.
Next thinking of replacing valve lifters, but has anyone done this and it fixed the issue? This is an expensive test, given that's a motor-out, cam-out procedure. This is so frustrating!

pull your exhaust off and ensure the flanges are sealing, head to header, header to turbos, turbos to exhaust/muffler unit

Ask yourself when did it start ? What did you add or change before it happened. My guess as others said is exhaust leak, vacuum leak( do a pressure test and you will find it all) , throw on a stock exhauSt and revert to oem flash. That's a lot easier then opening up the motor.
