Just wanted to thank every one who responded to my post. My 996tt is in the shop right now getting the clutch (thanks AWE for the help with the Sachs stage 2.5) replaced (as well as the spark plugs and serpentine belt). I can't wait to get it back. I have the cm fiber tough and hate it. Grabs very high and engagement is quickly on/off. I'm making about 600whp on low boost and should be around 700whp on high boost and went through a sachs (stage 2.5? Or 3? Not sure the difference )pretty quickly before my clutch masters stage 3. I didn't do the gt2 slave conversion so maybe that would help with modulation.... Still disappointed with the cm clutch. The sachs was great and felt exactly like OEM even with the aasco flywheel.

Congrats! I am a huge fan of the Sachs 764 plate. IMHO its a pretty decent fuse for the stock con-rods.Originally Posted by le3

I do love my Sachs set-up and it is still holding,,hopefully for a long while..

Sorry not exactly sure. BBi worked with cm on this one so I don't have the specs.
I'm going to look into sachs to see if they have something that can handle about 700whp and do the gt2 conversion about the same time.
