Need a bit of help installing Siemens injectors 60#.

I am installing the Siemens injectors and need a bit of help. The injectors are a tid bit longer than the old ones, so I have some spacers that came with them (i bought these used from Pallatte) I'm not entirely clear as to how the spacers go in. The spacers have two holes in them, and one of the holes has a tab that a bolt can screw into. Am I supposed to get longer bolts and bolt them together with the rail in the second hole and a second bolt in the first hole? It does not look like it will line up perfectly if that is the case. Am I supposed to then modify the hole on the rail? Thanks for any help.

use a file and elongate the mounting holes on the rail. takes less than 10 minutes to do. be aware if you drop those spacers on the passenger side the odds are you will never find them!

here are pictures of my injector installation that should help you. Spacers and injectors are from 911tuning. Your's should look similar.
