Small Turbos Big Results
Sounds good! Call u tomorrow.
6.33 on a 16g setup was my inspiration. The math supported 650 crank
hp with that setup. Weight reduction shines in the initial phase of
acceleration and the low end torque on the smaller turbos is phenomenal.
It sounded like a physics marriage made in heaven! And it actually
worked lol! Better weight / hp ratio +responsive torquey turbo = FAST acceleration

Be careful though. Buying up at bunch of go fast stuff and slapping it on
a Porsche doesn't equal fast, even with a "good" tune. I am no expert
but I did say at a holiday inn express last night. Actually, I made some
costly mistakes before I met Markski.
There are plenty of guys here who would be happy to share their
experiences with these cars. Our best experiences are always learned
from our mistakes. Lol that means I'm an expert at what not to do!
No top secret stuff except some of the 1000+ hp guys who do the 1/2
and mile. Probably best if you stick with the Mustangs! I could buy a
brand new Shelby GT500 for what I've spent in mods since last June...
no joke. My business partner and best friend has a new Shelby and I
beat a Gallardo twice red light to red light in Vegas a few months back!
He's done tune, exhaust and intake and it's a killer! I'm amazed at the
interior and quality for the money.

I swear, that was my next big move!
I really wanna stack it up against the almighty Switzer alpha
28 ( P800) I think Neil had the Pope to bless the turbos and
the exhaust is made of the bones of old 935 drivers. I'll drive to
Ohio. Maybe we could do a friendly bet. I'll donate x dollars to
Neils favorite charity if I lose and Neil donates an entire p800
package to be raffled off on 6 speed to be donated to my favorite
charity. My k16g car would kill his p800. This car will bury it
This is the reason I purchased this platform and modded the way I did. For an overall killer package in looks, handling , power band, power, marque, and not just a straight line lag monster or else I would of picked up a Supra 3.4L Titan stroker with some big snails (I am still so tempted, being I was in the Supra World all my driving life!)!!
You have a killer overall set up their my friend!
Congrats!
Thanks

with you through your struggles with the car lol.
Before I became a quasi mature adult, I dated several models. On the
average they were physically beautiful and all of them had severe
personality disorders. I loved some of these women and they were
expensive, both financially and emotionally. Sounds like Porsche
doesn't it?
Congrats Randy, you deserve it.... We all stuck together and made it work... a stupid $1 vacuum hose can ruin the run or a failing fuel pump that has a mind of it's own... but you figured it out and it's glory time...

I thought it was the Porsche? I remember the 16g that was marketed
as the "P700" and I thought they offered an alleged 800 hp package
that featured the a28s
Push comes to shove though, $$$ = Fast. and I have $$$$
So, I can always build something to beat anything he has

And correction, YOU made it work. Fred aka geartech, is a Godsend. I swear,
every time he has the car for a day, my car is faster lol.
After Fred finished up the IPD units and reclamped / tightened up the
hoses, the car was taking a full minute to drop from 25 PSI to 22 PSI!
and at 22PSI it held like a factory car at .07!
I wanna clarify a statement. I said that I spent a lot of money, but you
were not expensive relative to some of the well known vendors. Actually,
your products, engine rebuild and expertise were a real bargain!

I just looked up the P800. It does 0-200 kph in 9.6
This is a graph I dug up of a 35 roll to 125 mph.
This wasn't a dedicated speed run and I was granny shifting
in the 1.4 bar territory. 8.19 seconds.
I've done a dedicated run from a 3 mph roll and I hit 200 kph
in 8.3s.
So yes, I can DESTROY a Swizer GTR800 lol.

Ironically, you have the medium careless exhaust ( not full 3"), 3.5" ics we make, and the bendable intake. Nothing fancy just good working parts put together right. I taught you that finding boost leaks are the key to success.
