All-Aluminum Radiators

Anyone know of a company producing all-aluminum radiators for our cars? Left, right, and center...I've emailed CSF and Ron Davis to see if they plan to produce any, will post what I hear back.
Plastic end-tanks suck...

$400 x3 for 'failure-prone' plastic-tanked rads isn't cool, rather spend a bit more and get a long-term solution I don't have to worry about. If none of big rad companies want to get involved I will probably make my own

Bill at Ron Davis has been the first to reply, he is looking over some information he has and will be in-touch again shortly; I have offered to disassemble my GT2 to obtain any information/dimensions/pictures required.
Also contacted Griffin radiators today.

Hopefully this works out. I replaced my 328is's radiator with an all aluminum unit as soon as I got it and couldn't be happier with that decision. I've already replaced two of my Turbo's radiators and was annoyed I didn't have an all Al option.

I found it surprising that considering how developed and modified so many of our cars are, that no manufacturer is producing such as common item...let's see if we can change that!

Factory radiators use those proprietary fittings, don't they? Doesn't surprise me. It's not the simple tube and clamp design like 95% of other manufacturers.

I don't think that's a deal breaker by any means, but I would imagine it's an excuse.

I can't remember for sure but I think my BMW has a fancy clamp system as well but there are still plenty of Al radiators available.

The zionsville was the only one for years on the e46 m3. It took mishimoto quite some time before they developed one for the platform.

I'd pay for a good aluminum setup as well, someone needs to get on it.

The 997TT radiators use 996 part numbers, so I'm assuming they are the same. The center radiator has a 997 number, and with some minor fabrication, can be replaced with a GT3 Cup radiator.

It is an all aluminum unit that may be worth looking into if it fits the 996TT.

Someone should probably hit up C&R to see if they could do a set. I know when I had my supra i didn't want a fluidyne or PWR becuase I didn't like that fluidynes leaked on occasion and the PWR required work to get it to fit. I sent them my stock rad and a few dimensions and they hooked me up with an awesome all aluminum one that lasted for many years of hard abuse and never gave me an issue.
