Please look at my log, need help diaging boost problem.

No codes, Stock k16s with GIAC flash
This is my first time logging, so tell me if I need to do anything different. All I can see is that its requesting 1.1 bar and getting like 0.4...
Opened Bailey motorsport DVs, cleaned and lubed... checked and greased operation of waste gates, no major boost leak (we will do boost leak test today, but it usually boosted to 1.1bar no problems, I had intermittent problems.. NOW only 0.5 bar is max) Like 1 turbo is dead or something.. SO frustrating with no codes!!!
Let me know if anything points to super lean conditions, or I am about to blow my motor up or something
