They are timing their cars from 60 mph to 130 mph using video on the speedo. You can watch the video timer to calculate the time. Not sure how accurate it is because of possible speedo error but it would be interesting to do with some of the rockets on this board.

brian, let's go check our 60-130 times on el camino later tonight. we should be able to go from pagemill to embarcadero in 9 sec.

have some people doing laps at normal speed to scope out the cops and a base with scanners

call and prewarn your lawyer.....

i think we'll be fine if have people block all hiway on-ramps at a designated time to create a closed-loop event

actually, we can do a mini grandprix on 101 between the marsh rd and embarcadero exits. u can actually get on and off those exits ramps without stopping

let's do ten laps. loser pays for Izzy's!

I prefer page mill -
101N on ramp -
embarcadero W exit -
101S off ramp -
embarcadero and over and over.

Thats how I set up my PSS9's,
stopped at Mings to adjust in between

 

that's what I do too! try it in the rain, especially the embarcadero ramp ,over and over. it's awesome!

 

How about doing 30 to 140? Or 120?

 

if i ever get my car out of the bodyshop ... ill give it a try ... today is the three month anniversary
