Well, many were right. Car looks waaay better, but feels worse. Not as tight. Twitchy. Unbalanced. Not to mention you can't align the negative camber to the stock spec. Kinda disappointed in the outcome. Coming off the line hard now makes the car pull to the right like tq steer. Kinda odd, but I will deal with them for a while.
yes to sway bars ( gt3 ) and proper dampers ( MO 30s here.. ) as well as a proper alignment befitting the lowered stance and camber.
springs alone will not do "it". i would read up and try again.

I have the H&R springs, an H&R rear bar on the middle setting (stock front bar), running 235/18 and 315/30, with rear adjustable control arms.
The car looks great, tracks great, and feels great. You may need to buy a few parts to get it to feel optimum, but it can be done rather easily.

If alignment was compromised, I'll bet that's the problem. Springs should not cause torque steer. Twitchyness and unbalanced feeling is most likely related to alignment. Some shops get it as close as possible which is wrong. Making the c of g lower should only improve the handling as should slightly high spring rates. Again alignment done right will make it work or if not make it terrible. If your alignment guy is good, he shouldn't need any specs, he should know what's needed to make a vehicle handle and get 'er done.
Others have praised H&Rs. They are good quality and I know they work. Those that don't like them have other related issues and blame the springs.

As I said numerous times before, H&R springs only is not a proper suspension upgrade unless you are only concerned with the looks. You need coils. Springs only compress the shock absorber making shock working range compromised. Basically, your shock is already working whilst car is stationary and is in the wrong position to begin with. When I had springs only once speeds were relatively low car worked ok-ish but once above 100mph car started to feel floaty and crap. Once I've fitted coilovers = magic. Just do it!

Rear sway bar. Do it. Trust me. It is a bandaid for an under dampened suspension setup. But if you are not wanting to spend $ on coilovers that will definitely help. Coilovers are the ultimate solution though.
I disagree with terminator... I dont know about the bilsteins but between these two set ups I am about to mention... the non coil over set up is the best for track at least... for street your always better off with stock especially if you live in areas where the roads are garbage. + if your not tracking... why would you go spend 4-5k on coil overs for looks...
kw v3 coilovers can never get the right adjustment either to bouncy , to stiff , understeer , oversteer , too high too low ... I give up
h&r springs with h&r front & rear sways ... good gt3 alignment a good set of tires and it's taking turns like a cup lol...
p.s. I got the b8 bilstein shock coming soon which is made to comply with lowering springs cannot wait...
