never use the headlight washers, or you will likely lose it again

I never use them...unless they automatically go up when cleaning the windshield.

 

they will only go up if you "clean" the windshield with the stalk activating the nozzle(s) which is not "automatic". ergo, you are "using" them if you pull the lever. i never knew they moved until one flew over my windshield. i suppose we can use them when the car is stationary though i refuse to try.

 

Wouldn't be great if someone made a plug for these? you could just remove them and not have to worry about it.

yep mine took a leap a few years ago hit the wash button by mistake . nello porsche installed free ,,,,,

 

just replaced mine a week or two ago, should disconnect the headlight washer function so it doesn't accidentally happen again...

 

Just pull the headlight washer fuse.
