Can I take out the spare?
All,
My TT has upgraded brakes that are large enough that standard 18" 996 Turbo wheels won't fit (custom 18" wheels do). Is there any point in me keeping the spare in the front trunk? I doubt it will fit. Also, if I take it out, is losing weight there a bad idea handling/balance wise? Would like some feedback! thanks

No point if it doesn't fit. If it does, definitely nice to have. I hit a rock on a mountain road and was glad I had it. Put the regular wheel in the plastic bag in the backseat and drove home
