That sounds like a pretty good price, especially since it's cross country. I paid $900 for enclosed transport from Detroit to Minneapolis.

u willing to gamble it for 550.00 & today's gas price? C'mon man.

just to give u an idea. i used Horseless Carriage (www.horselesscarriage.com) before about the same price. they're as good as Intercity.

Word of warning, look at the fine print to find out what the deductable is should the car get scratched....I paid $1900 USD with AAA transport to ship my TT from Chicago to Kelowna, BC, Canada enclosed truck all the way. There was a small scratch on the rear bumper caused by another car. AAA interlined with Mackey Transport in Canada and they had a $500 deductable so would not pay out. My contract was with AAA and they had no deductable in their contract so they had to pay up the full amount to get it fixed properly, got my $520 for that insurance claim but have not had the bumper painted yet.

Just some words or warning thats all.

Intercity is the only way to go. I have used them many times and they have always delivered on scheduale or ahead of scheduale. DAS -is a crap shoot and I have heard horror stories from reliable sources about them.

Do not use Autobahn Transport. They ripped the hood of my Viper and ran from all claim efforts by me. Complete loser company!
