Gingerman Raceway High Definition Video 88 meg!

I have a new high definition camcorder Sony HC1 and got some video. Here is a typical lap for me around Gingerman Raceway. The driving may not be good but the resolution isn't too bad. I had to drop it and compress a lot to fit it under 100mb but is still way sharper than most stuff you'll see.

Just right click on the link and hit save as. After it's downloaded, just double click and it should play through Media Player.

Hey Tim:

I get a "You are unauthorized" message, and I can neither click, nor right-click on it.

I'm really keen to see a trail-braking masterclass.

Guys, if you are having trouble viewing the video, it is mpeg2 and you may need a codec. Here is a free one that should work.

Tim,

Thanks! Regarding your interior, what is that LED tach? Must be a real help when at speed. Is it in your line of sight?

Chronos:

That's my data acquisition system (AIM MXL Pista). Yes, it's in my line of site. I not only get shift lights, but I get lap times etc. More importantly, I get the data to analyze how I was driving to learn and improve. It is an awesome approach if you're technically oriented.
