Love the cold weather in the Turbo
I just love the feel of my Turbo in colder weather for some strange reason the car feels much faster. There is also no better feeling seeing tons of leaves fly up in the air as you cruise some twisties here in the North Shore.
I agree, there is nothing like a brisk fall night to really make the engine come alive thanks to the increased density of the air. Makes the car respond like it had an extra 10% more power.
You keep tellin yourself that John...ahhhh nice 85 degree's....sunshine....breeze in my hair driving down south beach
J/K yes I kinda wish it would get chilly as I know this car is beggin for it!! O well the 50's-60's that it gets down to here in winter will have to do

Don't tempt me. I actually just finished booking a trip on X-mas day to San Diego with my family. I haven't had a vacation for 7 years.....I decided I wanted to sit on the beach with my wife and two boys, have a Guinness and smoke a Cohiba for X-mas. Can't wait!

So how do you guys find the traction in cooler weather. So far, it seems ok. But, I haven't had the opportunity to really nail it in first. Too much friggin traffic with all the snow birds flocking into town...
Last year, driving a bone stock Z06, I couldn't hook up for crap once the temps dropped below 65. Hopefully with the AWD and shift in the power band (to higher RPMs relative to the Z) it won't be an issue this year.

Stephen I'll fire up the Jaccuzzi and the pool if ya' want for next week. Of course being in the ghetto means that if I use that much power the neighbours will have no way to cook their dinner. Still being the KinPin gang* around here has its privaledges.
