Honestly you are going to blow your motor it might not happen today it will happen a month or so and when it does you will be hurting big time in money because a used motor if its good will cost you 15k plus with no labor. Also dont forget whatever is stock on your car will start going too. I spent over 8k in fixing stuff that broke or failed in the past 6 months. Go with markski turbos or tony epl turbos you will not regret it. Hell a clutch job your looking at 4k plus when upgrading.

Thx

Through study and advice I was actually thinking more towards 3076s, fuel pumps, intercoolers, injectors, meth, mafless tune as well as a few other things that I can't remember off the top of my head. My mechanic is Kazz chief drift car mechanic so once the power is there ill let him decide what we need to do about the stock lsd if its holding the car back

Just be prepared if it does blow just have 30k sitting in the bank lol those turbos are great but to much for the rods on our cars. If you had the 997 rods you would be good. Do the A28s.

I currently drive a turbo 350z. Even with only 440 crank i don't push the car. I will only be on the throttle with the TT when ever i attend track events (4-5 times a year if that?). Only reason I'm building with high expectations to maximize in a semi-safe range. Too conservative and I won't be satisfied. Too aggressive and it won't feel reliable. If I can do 675-680 Whp and just feel like I'm tugging on boarder line then I can life with that.

But yea clutch is still on the list so with so little cash after the purchase to play with I'm hoping I would be able to reach my power goals safely and efficiently in the first place.

The tune is going to have Alot to do with stress on the internals at that level depending how hard and fast it comes on.

You can always tune the 30s down but A28s are going to hit hard and fast thus more stress on stock internals..

have you driven a stock turbo yet ? you might want to live with it for a while and figure out how much power you really need, 500 to the wheels in my porsche feels like a hell of a lot more than it actually is

997tt has upgraded rods from factory and the 996tt does not if that rod snaps which it will at some point the whole engine has to be replaced.

Were just looking out for you. I have been there and learned a lot of lessons from here.

Definitely appreciate it. Will need to consider this build and try and operate within the window of margin.

Sadly I'm watching my 800 go to 700 and slowly die off to 625 or somewhere in the bottom end of that lol

I guess there is no really "reliable" build once in the 600's… seeming it would be best to just avoid the k16's and alpha k28's to lessen the stress and go with something that won't hit as hard but still give the power I'm looking for like 3071's?

I am running EPL Tonys tune and at my hp level its scary for me 500plus whp with billets also im adding injectors soon which will get me in the high 500whp. Markski 911 tuning also runs the billets he has the record at 600whp 60-130 mph at high 5 seconds. Crazy power......

Try them you will be happy.
