Look at my build thread up, the dyno sheet from BBI was at 1.8bars

Any thoughts on this?
I would never go to that tune shop ever again cause they don't know **** about running meth. I have been running it now for over two years, I use the alky system cause it's been proven for years. My boy Turbo Mike has been running meth and 91 for around 10years now without a single issue. He is currently running it on his 997 GT2 on stock motor making over 800 whp on stock motor with 1.6bars. He's got 32k miles on the car and knowing him that setup went in at 2k miles . I am not talking from word of mouth, but actual experience.

you can run meth but dont tune it as if its on race gas... and it will be fine...
many that tune for meth run 15 degrees of timing in mid range or higher and lots of boost.. a no no in my opinion... use the meth as a cooling agent not a octane booster and your motor will stay together...

I think Meth can be used effectively when setup properly, but if you dont have it perfect, tuned also, and everything else in check it can have issues. there are countless guys that hurt their stuff trying to find the right recipe. If your tuner likes to run Meth you'll probably be alright if hes not familiar with it i wouldn't do it.

btw real Meth comes in the blue VP M1 cans and doesn't need gasoline to make power =P
