Solved the lack of storage problem

Thule Ascent 1600 roof box - this gets some funny looks! Pic taken in Breckenridge this weekend. Big enough to hold several pairs of skis/boards and gear.

Anyone else running a box this big on their 911?

There is a 991 C4S in my garage with a similar setup. his is a lower profile box so it holds less gear. Looks good.

Great shot of the slopes behind your car. Plan on going in March to Breckenridge or Vail with the guys.

Damn weather out here in SoCal, it is 70° noontime. Skiing conditions hopefully will get better out here in CA soon.

I've always loved the look. Hows the wind noise with the box?

You can hear it, but it's not overly loud compared to how loud the rest of the car is (road noise, exhaust). I haven't noticed it enough to be annoying - an extended road trip would be totally possible.

Vail was crazy awesome this weekend. Big storm left TONS of fresh powder to play in. Here's a pic of my wife and I making some fresh tracks in China Bowl.
