Done a search on this, to no avail, so here is the thread.

Seems in manual mode for the climate controls, the wording isn't exactly in English, I believe it to be French (?).

The guys over at S9 believe it has something to do with the Audi 80 parts bin, anyone know the exact specifics and what parts have been used from Audi in the contruction of the 996T?

Is there a hack for this to be changed to English? and how come it isn't in German, if any language?

The guys are correct. The climate control unit is the same one used by Audi for the 80 and 90 models. It's, to the best of my knowledge, the only thing in common with the Audi other than the, Bosch made, diverter valves on the turbo.

There was a picture on this forum of a Cobalt Blue GT2, that exact picture is what made us choose the colour over the others. No regrets what-so-ever.

The contrast between the PCCB calipers in Yellow, the shadow affect rims and the body colour is one to see in person.
