Evan,
Your experiment with water spraying showed how temperatures pay a big part in produced hp and torque.
Actual is a run conducted at actual temperature, barometric pressure and actual humidity.
Standard Corrected is actual corrected to a barometric pressure of 29.92 in/hg and a temperature of 68 degrees F.
SAE converts actual to a barometric pressure of 29.23 in/hg and a temperature of 77 degrees F.
From your water experiment Actual can be a bonus or penality depending on actual temperature and pressure. Standard Corrected will naturally make tests look far better (in most cases) with it's corrected low temp. and SAE J1349 Rev90 is a practical situation that can be compared anywhere in the world.
The Standard Corrected is popular with tuners and aftermarket manufacturers because it makes their numbers look bigger.

I don't know anything about that Chad, you aren't speaking my langauge anymore
The temp of the test was around 85 thats all I know though...
Yes the water and a couple extra fans made a HUGE difference...
I am a bit worried about running that much HP out of these little K16's though...I think I am gunna turn it down a bit...

on automatics maybe, i've never heard anything more the 18% on manuals. The consensus is about 15 from what i've seen and used.

Careful to make sure you are setting them dead on accurate. The range on those things is so small between "insane" and "normal". Make sure you have a realy accurate gauge...
