I'm sorry in advance if this is the wrong area to post this, but has anyone had issues with Misha Designs? I purchased a GT2 decklid from them on dec30th and still have yet to receive it or even a tracking number for it. When I email them, it usually takes at least a week to respond. Its getting close to the deadline to make a paypal complaint, so i'm getting concerned.

 

Misha is a good guy. Likely they are just behind from the holidays. I will call them for you, we are local.

We got a little more orders than we could handle during the holiday sale and that is one of the reasons for this.

A bit off topic Misha, any chance you could mate your 996 GT3 RS wing to the 996 GT2 decklid as seen in the picture below? This would be a great set up for track junkies. You could take your 996GT2 decklid "as is" and produce the 996 GT3 RS wing with the attachment brackets you use on your GT2 wing. It shouldn't be difficult to do. How about it??

If the delay was not disclosed shortly after the order, I would file with paypal if I were you to protect your rights if nothing else. If they ran your card for the full amount, they have had use of your money. The seller should understand that you are doing this to protect your position.

 

^ yes exactly. That's exactly what I will do to protect myself. I will cancel the paypal case as soon as I receive the spoiler. I'm not even in a hurry to get it installed since its still snowing here. I just dont feel comfortable paying for something without receiving it for such a long period of time.

I ended up ordering a ducktail for my 996 from Misha as well during the same time ( mid- december). There was some communication gaps but I stayed persistant with emails/phone calls and was able to get a hold of alex. There was some delay from all of the orders hes gotten but I did recieve the ducktail and after my body shop prepped and painted it, it looked great.

Just call and email daily to stay in the loop of whats going on.

It's a shame about their customer relations... I was really looking forward to getting one of their wings for my car too but nothing bugs me more than a company that won't return your calls. It's totally not worth the hassle.
