window problem/latch problem?

since this thread and my last post i have bought and r&r'd another latch. this time passenger side and had run out of dead boxters to cannibilaize lol.

my tech picked it up 200 sounds about right. maybe a bit less as he gives me back the 10% they all typically make at retail. which i then give back plus some LOL
