What a day! Got to ride in a Carrera GT! Midwest Meet Pics
Life is good! The Midwest meet was a resounding success! I got to ride in Chuck's GORGEOUS Carrera GT (I am in love!) met some great 6 speeders and just had a ton of fun!
I now absolutely know that the Carrera GT WILL be my next car. Seeing one in the wild up close and personal and then getting to ride in it has just sent me over the edge! RUFMD even though that F40 is amazing I think I would have gotten the GT.
I now must work my butt off to be able to buy one in the next couple years.
Anyway nice to meet BBGT2 and your brother both with sweet cars GT2 and CL65.
Had fun driving down with Bob in his black tt and Maury in his XJR!
Gave Chuck a ride in the BEAST! What do you think Chuck?

Gitting to ride in that thing to lunch was a real thrill. I was surprised at how little engine noise there was up front and a quick bump to 100 was as effortless as my old sportbike. You could definitely tell that thing had a LOT left to give. Thanks for the ride, Chuck. And thanks all for coming out.

My bro is hooked and is seriously thinking ALOT about it.
I will try to get the videos we took of us driving down uploaded, esp. the one of me doing X67mph . Of course I am not admitting to nothin,

What a great car, I have still yet to see one in person. Haha, my mom who knows nothing about cars actually called me at school from a porsche show room to say "there is a porsche here that i think you would really like. its called a carrera.... gt, and it looks like it could fly"
