understood. i wanted to do em also. but it would look like everything else 997 on 996. only thing that works for me would be mirrors. or a full conversion. no one would know lol maybe that with mirrors would pull of the "look"? splitters alone? like you, not sure. the pic does no justice.

 

They were on 996 before 997 so that why i installed them but after a while i starts to hate them because the oem look is much better since 997 took the idea later

 

I like them though stock look fine as well. Not sure I'd pay to change them. To many other things I could do with the money.

 

i never knew that! thought it was a 997t look. but if they are on? i'd probably leave them on

 

techart came out with them, prior to the 997 turbo being designed.

 

cool. can't recall ever seeing techart i didn't like. i still would do the mirrors with the splitters

 

Nothing on the 996. Agreed - I don't like the I/C inserts.
