I know that HP gain will be huge,at least 200whp gain on 2.2bar but will I loose a lot of spool even with .63?

A30s are maxed out already ? Did you upgrade your fuel system ?
I think A3076+3.8 engine can do like 900-950 whp on high reading dyno (dynojet), but 86hta for sure can do 1250-1300 whp at 2.2+ bar

I had A3076 and now i'm running a slightly bigger turbo.. spool is like 400 rpms later and i can feel the difference in spool, but also in power delivery... i have no idea how a gt35 car would feel, but i suppose the difference will be even higher... my advice is to squeeze those alpha30s first and then move on to another level

On another note, how is your car performing till now ? Are you satisfied with the 3.8 upgrade ? Do you have any performance figures like 100-200 ?

Hi Fadi,on 1.7bar mixed pump/ms109+meth inj the car is very fast,a lot of torque with the 3.8l,and spool much faster than stock engine, now i pull easily 1l bikes....Todd.k will send me a dual 044 intank and bigger fuel lines.i think HTA35/86 with .63 will spool 400 to 500rpm later than A30/76.i hope not more.

i suppose 500 rpms too, not less.. if you dont have your fuel system ready it makes sense to do everything at once and add turbos too and i think 3.8 goes well with the hta86... you will love the external wastegates for sure

1liter bikes arent anymore a problem for us for some time time, i used to pass them with FBO & stock engine+A3076 @1.5bar only.. I remember Mark did it too on stock engine and alphas... with your setup i assume there is no chance for the bikers..
