How do you like the thick padding? I was looking at that and one with the flat bottom. I was in an R8 with the flat bottom wheel and thick padding but didn't get a chance to drive it (I'm still on crutches).

I went back and forth on the flat bottom, and for some reason it just didn't look right to me in the 996. I'm a big fan of thick padded steering wheels (my other car is an M3), so this is no different. Its the 1 part of the car you see/touch/use every single time, so it may as well feel good.

Go check it out for yourself, Garth still has my car. The guy who made this rents out workspace in the from of their shop.

That is actually Tial's newest BOV/BPV..... Tial QR. Neat thing about it is that it only uses 1.5psi springs in it so its much smoother on part throttle pressure release, especially with smaller turbos..... Read up on it.

We are using these same valves with my AMS setup, except I recirculate.
