UPDATE: DYNO RESULTS ADDED
________
I've spilled bits & pieces across the forum, but I'm finally taking a few minutes to log everything in one place.
Starting Point: 2002 996 Turbo w/ X50 package, Undercover catless x-pipe exhaust, eurodyne tune, 5 bar FPR, and H&R springs
Goal: I didn't necessarily have a target number in mind, but the overall goal here is to create the "ultimate street car." That means different things to different people, to me that is reliable, drivable, comfortable, and hella fast. The car also needed to be in a more competitive state for the various roll-race events. For 2015 the focus will shift to suspension & braking.
Planned Upgrades: I went to Garth at Undercover Performance for everything. He helped me put a plan together that would accomplish my near-term goals while keeping things ready if I want to jump to the next level
Status: I stopped by the shop yesterday and we are almost ready to hit the dyno for tuning. My exhaust and y-pipe will receive their final touches this week and I'm hoping to finally pick up the car sometime next week.
Here are some pictures of the journey:

it also allows for more boosting in the future whether on his current turbos or if he decides to change out to bigger. for me I'm only on 14 psi springs. i do have the ability by adding springs to bump the w/g pressure to 25 psi on these w/g. more psi will require bigger w/g which can be installed in minutes and these put up for sale
