agree with above. cheap safe/kryptonite bike lock/lockbox/alarm even. . the "key" is theyre all cheap lol

Honestly I don't think any of us here in the states have anything like that and I've been all over my car. I've only seen keys like that in the old days of an ignition kill type adapter but that would have been in a 1980's vehicle. That key really looks like the ones used on cheap u-locks since tubular key/lock are very easy to pick or simply yanked out of the cylinder. I don't think Porsche ever used them

I have one its for my elevator at my house, is it Porsche key cover and key to something else?

Perhaps the previous owner used a steering wheel u lock and left me the key but no lock. :-) . Most likely something along that line.
