my Moton setup was rattling like crazy, never found the issue, i beleive it was spring size but still, i beleive the helper might have been my problem too. You can run them with or without helper, as you wish
Get a set of Tarrett top plate for the front also, make sure you mention you have Motons when ordering.

With your spring rates, you will definitely want helpers to make sure your mains stay properly seated.

You can get tenders from Eibach or H&R. Just google it. Eibach makes them in metric and standard sizing. Sizing is based on I.D. They also sell separator plates. Google "Eibach ERS springs". Go with 150# springs. They will be fully compressed at normal ride height and won't effect your ride at all. That is determined by your mains. I run 150 fronts and prefer 250 rears.

and fwiw my coilovers are 600/800 with 225 lb tender springs. eibachs on jrz single rebound coilovers
