k16 billets run 11.1 sec @126 mph

been working with a client in the land down under, helped him with boost leaks and maf issues, IPD plenum didn't have a check valve, made him throw in some injectors vs. a 5 bar and retuned it...It is a TIP, on R888 tires AWD and ran 11.1 with a bad high 1.7 60 ft. I know he will get into the 10s very soon...
It took me some work but he went from running 122 mph to 126 mph and gained .3 seconds in a 1/4.

I think 10.8 is doable with more boost and better traction. He's at 1.4 bar peak. He has some 200 cell exhaust not sure which one. Not sure about Intercoolers but has something cheaper if I recall correctly.

I believe he bought the car with many of the parts on it already. I just added injectors, made him pressure test, fix the leaks and changed the Maf. Then I just tuned via data logs.
We can push it to 1.55 bar as long as he hooks.

Does the boost curve on these need to be toned down for the rod's sake, or are these turbos safe to push all out on a stock motor?

I'm really curious as to what these can do on a stock motor running pump gas.

On stock ECU with injectors, it seems like 1.4bar is max on pump(93) gas.
Even though it hits hard, I don't think you're going to bend any rods.
On race gas? I still think you'll be ok.

Very nice. Tips are great drag cars. Consistent for a few pulls until that tranny gets hot.
