Upgraded aero and brakes for 996tt
Looks really sick.
I will just put the RUf fron on and thats about it.
I am still not sure which brake calipers to use. I got stockers with 350mm front and rear.
Would it help to use a 997TT rear brake caliper to increase braking?

thanks, hope to have some great lap times to back up the looks
Thank you for being there anytime I have asked for help

997tt brakes should help, also the brake pump AFAIK, can install more aggressive pad too
We all involved into building it, hope for the best

Fadi what can I say, you are the man! Awesome project, congratulations on all the hard work there! Really something else! I think your car is one of the rare cars that has the kit AND is street legal and street registered!
Looking forward hearing how the dialing in of the setup goes!
P.S. Maybe I do the same one day, but my focus is now on adding a new GT3 to the stable and then enjoying potentially worry-free driving with a warranty

As a track driver with 997 calipers you should install 997 GT3 master cylinder to improve the pedal feel with the new calipers, otherwise you don't have good pedal feel that is crucial for track. You will find that by searching the forums or google.

thanks!
I used them @1.35bar on pump and @1.6bar on pump+meth, at the higher boost they already make decent power and torque
Thanks Kai, a lot of work and still counting. Seems myself did something wrong with the gt3 pump, somehow managed to lit the psm/abs and also the pump went out of order in few Km, some oiling problem or so, will check more tomorrow. I did gt2/3rs calipers and full 997 gt3 pumps, etc
thanks!
Yes, gtx2863 here. Hope this time will fine-tune them as having PLEX BC and will do a rpm based boost (like 997 gt2, to ramp up boost) + boost by gear + some other adjustments (based on IAT, EGT, etc)

Thank you all guys!
Still having to sort out some problems to have it 100%, I have two problems left
1. I have destryed a 997gt3 brake pump as seems there wasnt enough oiling, put back the 996tt pump and kept the 997gt3 calipers on 380+350mm and seems to work for now. Will see later on how to install the 997gt3 pump again. Managed also to fix steering wheel problems
2. and this is big, I NEED HELP !!!! as we are all out of ideas, car turns aggressively left all the time, doesnt matter if accelerating, decelerating, etc
Had the car chassis measured on a special tool used by Porsche called Celette, everything is in factory limits, so no body problems
I attach all suspension setting, everything looks 100% to me, but maybe you have better ideas.
I have been at the track, some measurements
distance between axles 2350mm left and 2352 right
height 110mm front and 131mm rear
running some RSS shims - 13mm each side on front, total=26mm; rear 2x5mm=10mm
Car was running GREAT excluding the fact it turns left
I am considering maybe
- tires, to try to switch them as might be a problem there, but they weight the same (measured them), rears are 100% new, fronts were used by a friend on a f30 m3. running 275/335 r888
- rear diff problem?
Please help, take a look over the pic attached too for more info

Stuck brake caliper? If you have an infrared temperature (or similar) meter drive your car a good distance without braking, try to stop it with least braking possible and measure disc temperatures immediately. If one is hotter than others you've found the reason.
