Going to look at it tomorrow. Any advice on what to look for?

Saw it last night. Looks like a great condition car to me. Good luck.
Obvious Things I look for -
Leaks, rear and front - look to see if anything looks wet or had been wiped away
Fluid residue on the under carriage plastic pieces
Brake fluid and color, brake shimmy/pulsing while braking hard...could mean warped rotors.
Brake pad wear front and back
Belts
Hydraulic reservoir/pump and arm leaks for the wing
Clutch slippage, 3rd or 4th gear and roll into full throttle and listen/feel for slippage.
Weird or ticking besides the normal injector ticking
Tire wear for alignment
Leaking struts/shocks - pretty obvious on this.
Lights, check the rear tails to make sure the mount tabs are not broken.
Have them cold start it if possible and you can see if puffs out any blue smoke, oil smoke, etc. this could mean valve stems seals or turbo seals
Take a flash light, see if coolant fittings have been pinned/welded. If not, no biggie. It doesn't mean you're going to have an issue just mean it happened before on the car. Hopefully the car didn't get too hot.
Compression check and leak down for sure... You might need to take it somewhere to do that.
Make sure it's making the boost it should. .8 bar for stock.
Shouldn't have any noticeable 'lag'. Power should be pretty linear.
Tire vibrations
Hope that's helps a little.

Buddy of mine was looking at this car a month or two ago so I've seen it in person. Seems like an ok car but has some larger than 'ding' size paint issues. Sales guy also wouldn't shut up about how its 'so powerful, very highly modified car, its very fast' etc, left a bad taste in my mouth. It has a flash and IC hoses as far as I could tell from the records. They were having issues passing CA smog as it lived in Reno but 'someone already has a deposit on it so its basically sold'.
