I already did that right after it happened - they don't have cameras covering the lot specifically, only parking spots that happen to be near entrances/exits. and i was parked not too far out, but definitely not a front row joe spot

this home depot is also in a relatively nice area - there are always some exotics parked out on the fringe of the lot fearing door dings

 

On your next set, have them welded on.

I bought an Rx-8 a while ago and it came with rotary shaped valve stem caps. They were stolen within 2 weeks. I'm not going to replace them, it'll just happen again. It's just frustrating knowing people are out there looking to take parts off your cars.

 

i hate to suggest this, but do you think that the other owner might have had something to do with it? wouldn't be the first time something like that has happened...

Frank, I have my stock, oval tips sitting in my garage as I have larger, 3.2" tips welded onto the exhaust. You are free to use them for as long as you need them, okay? I know that they aren't as nice, but at least they will get you by for the time being. I left a message on your voice mail with the same info.

Once again, I am sorry that this happened. I have visited the Home Depot that you went to on many instances and I also park a good distance away. A buddy of mine had his car hit in the same parking lot and the guy took off as well. The "people" that live around the Home Depot are not the most stand-up-type so to speak. That's Atlanta for you, unfortunately.

Sorry to hear but I was even more surprised to see that 911 turbo has fake quad tips. Why not take the money for the tips and use it towards a real 4 outlet exhaust?

 

they look OK to me - just hate to buy them and realized that i should;ve just bought OEM from the beginning
