Hi guys I have a 996 turbo and contacted tony from EPL for a tune 3 weeks, I made the payments 3 weeks ago and got a cable, Ever since I was asked to send the cable code on 1/12/2015 no one replies to my emails on all their emails/facebook/forum, I tried sending from different emails just incase something is wrong with my email, I am very disappointed and just don't understand why would someone treat a customer like this regardless if its holidays or what ever, I can wait and understand ppl situations but being ignored and having a cable just like that is not fair..
I have all proof of payments and emails and just figured to share my stress and anger with you guys and maybe you have suggestions ..
simply I just want to send back the cable and get a refund, if getting tuned makes me being stressed like this and run around ppl then id rather have my dignity and stick to stock tune

maybe you didn't read my thread carefully it has been 3 weeks and since last week I gave the cable code with no reply ever even in the forum although logging in

yes I can call him of course but I am not supposed to be running around tuners I am a customer and should be treated right that's why I shared

Given your date format I am guessing you are not in the US so being in a different time zone might make it annoying to call. While my email experience with them has been hit or miss - a couple no responses but a few quickly responded and very informative emails, I have never had them not pick up the phone.
Sorting through this now. Trying to figure out what happened.

Its not about time zones its about not replying regardless of time zones and where i am i msged everywhere with no reply and i am just sitting here with a cable... that annoys anyone worldwide ..

Yes, it looks like simple issue of emails not going through. You'll be pleased once you have it flashed. Tony was great working with me when I got my TT tuned over 4 years ago. The car runs like a champ with a simple tune and exhaust.

Tony is a good guy, I think they just moved but that should be no excuse.
Normally they are a little hard to get hold of for immediate responses but he always gets back.
I have an EPL tune and very happy with the results, once u get sorted I'm sure you will too.

finally tony replied and as he says my emails been going to his spam or draft files anyhow we are working remotely on the tune but having some laptop issue accepting the cable or something , I will give you guys my final results overall from performance+customer service+tool etc etc

Temporarily turn off your firewall and/or add the EPL tuner to accepted list of programs
