Congrats to EVO for Putting the Smack Down in the 10s!
Congrats to EVO for Putting the Smack Down in the 10s!

It's "official" and all the details are there, including the timeslip and video. Seriously guys, that car is something else. Mike and I went out in it last year in San Jose and he spent more time going sideways than straight
No idea how John kept that car straight but that car has ALL the right stuff for 9s. When you coume out here, I have no doubt about that. The funny thing is, you could drive 9s at the drag strip and then drive another 50 miles to Thunderhill and do 20 laps as well. Not many 9/10 second cars can do that!
For all those that said it couldn't be done with a 6speed- you betcha it can... With stock gearing too...
PS I'm bummed to loose the record but at least we're keeping it in the family:P Anyways I'm going Drag Radials soon... The gloves are off!

Congrats to EVOMS, we're going out to the strip again soon. I'll be running correct rubber on the GT700 and should have no problem setting a record with it as well. 10.7-10.9 should be easily acheivable with this beast!
Thank you Alex. Let me know when you want me in nor cal. I will bring the GT800 as well as maybe the GT3 Twin Turbo
We will se what an additional 100 HP and another 1000 RPM's can do. Should be interesting.

Thank you. You inspired us to get the car out there to the strip. I am looking forward to the next event with both cars running strong!

Well yea i know how much it sucks having a record taken away, or not even getting a chance to set the record you know you could have, and then someone else does it like my friends 11 sec SC M3
Anyway Evo guys congrats again
