Arnie is infamous around these parts
I had the non-oem put on after I got the car and I hated them. The problem is light leakage at night. Extra light leaked out around the parts of the edges and the numbers. I sent the gauge cluster back twice to get it fixed they made it slightly better but never like OEM. So when I bought my 2003 turbo I got the the OEM silver gauges. I would never do it again

I added them (red actually) to my C4S. It took an hour. I made a few mistakes but would do it again as I know what I am doing.
