Stage 2 to Stage 4 Advice Needed
I have had the Turbo for a little over 6 months and the urge to mod has overcome me. I started just doing the ECU upgrade but quickly added the DV valves, Air Filrer and Exhaust. Now that I see how relativily painless it was to take the car from fast to scary I want to take the next step and upgrade the turbos and do the headers. My concern though is that all of the sudden I am going to be putting stresses on other components of the car much beyond what the factory intended. Since I am pretty new to this I am looking for some advice about what other areas of the engine and drivetrain I need to start paying attention to. Once you cross the line into stage 4 territory what adivce can you give a newbie?

I think stage 4-5 will be a perfect setup that wont get too boring after a while and will keep a smile on your face everytime you get in.. K24's, headers, ecu and maybe some boost hoses are all you need, clutch should be fine witht hat setup for a little depending on how many miles and how your factory clutch was driven. Goodluck with your decision, but to answer your question that will not be dangerous for other engine components and so on

Thanks for the suggestions. Although going to a gt800 would be great in an ideal world I would rather spend the money on getting another car!
My car has 9800 miles on it now. Does it make sense to just do the clutch at the same time I am swapping the turbo's and the headers? Would I just use a stock clutch or go with something better? I keep hearing people talk about changing the hoses. Does it mnake sense for a Stage 4 upgrade or would it just look cool but in reality be overkill.
