There are TOO MANY BENCH RACERS on the boards that are "EXPERTS" in everyone elses business that dilapidate the enjoyment for all (CJV and Sharkey, you guys where right!).

As for posting rebuttal video, that I will not do. We had an agreement, even though he decided to break it; I now know what kind of person I am working with as well as his character. I believe that when a man gives his word, he or she should be bound to that! I just hope he follows through and races next week....

Alex,

I think I speak for many when I say we can't wait to see you smoke that Viper.

I am confident that the Protomotive car will eat that Chrysler snake and spit its bones back out, assuming it doesn't fall apart before the next race.

^no question about it. Everytime I have raced someone and won they had an excuse. They mis-shifted, my car has better traction, my car cost more money, etc etc

You know what I am saying.

I have not had such fortune (with the exception of Darius). All the races in the Porsche have been acknowledged by the challenger and undisputed (GSXR1000, 1200R, R1, Bussa's, A/C Cobra, Ferrari F40, Turbo Vette, Hennessey Viper, Turbo Supra's, RX-7, Ford GT, McLaren F1, CGT, etc. etc.)

Darius and I have agreed upon starting at a 40mph roll, there will not be any excuses from this side... that I can guarantee...

Damm man i wrote a whole paragraph but it got erased somehow

Anyway i'll make it short and simple. I use to street race and do some runs all of the time a few years back until i started really getting into building such a crazy fast and expensive car (M3) .. I saw with maturity what i had to lose and nothing to gain, AS WELL as all of the other stupid people who would always have an excuse or complain about some type of **** as you described, i got sick of it.

Now i just cruise and enjoy the car on the track or late at night on some nice roads

I read so many comments from people whom have NO understanding of vehicle dynamics on this forum....

ANY street car platform making 1000+HP is going to have major traction problems WOT. In the case of Alex's porsche he has a HUGE advantage traction wise being its an **AWD and REAR ENGINE**turbo 6cyl car. (less torque to boot). The Viper has to contend with being a front engine RWD platform with way more torque to put on those contact patches* Simply put...if those video's remotely depicted ALL Alex got for that viper when the Viper was running normal street radials it'll be a DEFINITE lights out for the promotoive porsche when that 1000+HP / 1000+ft-lbs torque viper can more efficiently put its power down. Simply put.

--- Kevin

...love that turbo porsche more nontheless, but Alex is about to find out what american cars "do best 4 much much less"....

Why are we still arguing over this??? We will find out the results soon enough so just stop spewing arrogant presumptions and give credit to these guys as they have a couple of the quickest street cars in the world.

I agree, I think a roll at certain speeds is total BS.

Going from a roll is the *only* way to determine which car is truly the faster car. Going from a stop is almost all about traction and launch.

In other words...going from a stop is BS.
