Hey guys, Justin and I just arrived at our hotel in Orlando and I wanted to post and say whats up... We were stopped here by a phone call from Ken saying TOD had been called off.... We will be trying to meet up with RDH tomrrow to hang out (and hopefully wash my car ). Sat. morning Sloth, Gary, RDH, and I will be caravaning up to the Jacksonville meet, so yes I WILL be there guys!!!! Well the hotel has free internet so I will check back throught the night and next day...

Evan, Glad to hear that they caught you before you made it to far. Are you staying in Orlando till the Jax meet or are you heading back to Delray? Lets start making plans for our caravan to Jax. I am ready to go... no wussing out now.

 

Yea, we are staying here, through tomorrow night also...talking to Rob this area (we are somwhat close to him) is a good place for everyone to meet (you, gary, rob and I). I will be meeting with you guys to head up to Jax...

Evan, that great. With you staying in O-Town it will be much easier for us all to meet up and get to Gainesville. Less crossing back and forth across the state. Since we are meeting CAP in Gainesville, perhaps we would do best to meet up along I75. I could meet up with Gary and then we could catch you guys where the turnpike joins I75.

I am free to leave Naples whenever and am game to get to Jax earlier than 7.30pm. In fact I would love if folks started to show early to this meet so we could take some photos. My digi cam does not care for the dark to much. FYI, I also know exactly where this Hooters is located... about 10 mins from my folks house.

 

Max.. They were looking to have us get to Orlando around 12:00... I'm with you, it would make more sense to meet at the place you suggested...

We can all touch base tomorrow and get firm plans.

 

I say the earlier the better!!! The weather will be great and I would like to have a nice long cruise up to Jax. It will also be cold and you know how turbos like cold air!!! Oh Yeah!!!!!!!!!!

Just looking at the map here...

Gary, we could catch up with Rob and Evan at the first exit north of the turnpike, old exit #66. This is The Villages on SR44. Not to sure what is there, but two TT should stand out. I could catch up with you a little closer to Tampa. Not sure where you are, but we can figure that out later. Perhaps just north of 275 or I4?

FYI The Hooters is located off John Turner Butler Blvd (202) which is right between Jax Beach & Ponte Vedra.

I'm in for the event being earlier but still will stay the night. I booked a room at the lodge at Ponte Vedra & so did Eric. Gary? Evan? (800)234-7842......It's not going to be inexpensive, however your car gets a room also It's a nice place for the party to continue....Look out Jacksonville
