First just got to say Im super happy with the car. A silver manual cupe with 50k on it and 2 owners.

Drove it home to Sweden through Germany, as I also did with my previous Porsches, and dam this thing pulls!

Guy I bought it from didnt tune it and thought it was stock but it just cant be. Having owned a 700+ hp on pumpgas supra Im no stranger to hp but this car cant have 450hp. It’ll boost 1,1 bar on WOT which as I have understood is not stock?

Managed to do a couple of pulls, wify was in our daily Merc c350e and couldnt leaver her to far behind. First try when there was no speed limit and three lanes was 257kmh, second one was 296kmh and third was 306kmh after leaving a kittet out mini cooper jw at 250. It felt super strong and had no real problem reaching that speed.

Autobahn is just the best, feels so crazy beeing able to basically street race other cars, legally, up to insane speeds.

Anyone have any idea what kind of hp it could be puting out? I will have to buy a racelogic to test 100-200 and compare to my old supra (it did 6,3 with 100kg passenger).

What annoys me the most is that I forgott to bring my gopro

 

6.3 with 100kg passenger means like 650-680hp


my 996tt when had gt30s @1.3bar pump gas and RWD was doing 6.0-6.2 @1.35bar or so, no passenger, regular pump tune, RWD

 

FYI, I am at 1.1 bar with 2 1/2" exhaust, Forge inter coolers and hoses and 1 bar waste gates and a custom tune. My tuner says i should be mid 500s at the crank and i am safely maxed out until i get more fuel.

 

Sorry that was with the supra... little bit havier than 996 tt i think... 6.0-6.2 is really good. I will order the performance box tomorrow, cant wait to see... but will not be close to your thimes ofcause as it still has the k24 as I understand.

 

so without exhaust and inter cooler, it should be at 500-520 then, sound about right.

 

That sounds like a blast. Here in America if we had that someone would blow it for everyone and kill a family or a bus full of kids and the speed limit would get lowered to 65 again. We can't have nice things.

 

1,1 bar of boost isnt stock. With a turbo S and with a proper tune u could see 1,3 bar of boost. That would result in a time around 6,8 sec 100-200 (~560 HP).

Our autobahns are most of the time overcrowded. So no fun at all.

My car does 5,7 sec from 100-200. No enemies just victims... :-)
