Besides ceramic, not sure what's out there for the 996 turbo these days? I'll need to do the rear in the next year. Would like some low dust option since I can literally scoop it out off the rear rims every drive.

Pretty sure they're stock. They may be extra dusty because they are nearing end of life, not sure? Fronts don't have that many miles and are pretty dusty too though.

Pagid blacks from Apex. Street and track, very low dust and extra performance.

Will check those out. Stock cross drilled rotors fine with those?

Any difference with braking when cold?
Think it causes more wear on steel disks? Meaning harder contact to weaker steel disks?

Just a very slight difference- most people would not notice.

Bringing this back from the dead . I've decided to go with the Hawk Ceramic as suggested.

I need rear rotors too. Anyone have any opinion on Zimmerman? They're half the price of OE and I had them on my BMW without issues before. I'm thinking about leaving the front rotors as-is since I have less than 10k mi on those (just change pads).

I have the Zimms in 380mm all around,

Get the coated hub/hat option. Its rust proof flat grey.

They are great at half the price.

Bought them here.

Sweet! That's exactly what I was looking at. Well, 330mm but I guess it doesn't matter all that much for the rear.

Where do you see those? ECS Tuning is $227 EACH for the rear. Zimmerman $212 for the set.
